Coaching offers tremendous benefits to women seeking to unlock their potential, tap into what really matters and remove the internal and external barriers getting in the way of achieving valued goals and priorities. So tremendous, in fact, that I penned a blog post about it not long ago.
I offer two types of coaching. One is more orientated to business and career development and the other to personal development, health and wellbeing. However, both areas of life as we all know are intrinsically linked, so inevitably issues we are dealing with in one area will impact on another. For this reason I take a flexible and holistic approach to whatever comes up in coaching trusting that all rivers will lead to the same sea, one way or another.

Business and Career Development Coaching
One to One Coaching
You can access one to one coaching with me to support your business or career development in person, or via Skype or telephone over a period of 3, 6 or 9 months. Sessions take place fortnightly, or monthly as you prefer, and interim contact with email to maintain support and momentum is included in the cost.

I run women’s coaching and development courses for small groups, usually 5 -7 women per cohort. This is a very powerful way of building accountability to your own professional goals and benefiting from the perspectives of a wider group. You are invited to really ‘show up’ as yourself, to be as authentic as possible and be willing to work through barriers to success and achievement, with support, but also a level of challenge to really motivate you and push you to your best efforts.

Accountability Coaching Bundles
Many women in business or ordinary employment can’t afford regular coaching, at least not long term. But its well documented that having a coach who will hold you accountable to your goals gives you a tremendous advantage in getting ahead in your business or your career.
My Accountability Coaching Bundles give you a ‘budget’ of time you can use flexibly over whatever period of time suits. You may wish to spread 12 hours of coaching over a whole year, accessing shorter or longer coaching sessions as required, conducting some contact via email and so on. I offer 12 month, 7 month and 3 month bundles and a range of payment options.

Personal Development, Health & Wellbeing
There has never been so much attention paid to personal development, health and well being as there is today. Mindfulness, Self care and Natural Health have moved from the fringes and into the cultural mainstream. There has never been so many resources available ostensibly to support us in our development, health and wellness and yet, as a nation, we are more scattered, more stressed and more ill than ever before.
Women in particular often bear a heavy burden of stress as many have extra caring responsibilities and find themselves juggling multiple commitments and obligations to the detriment of their health and well being.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, overburdened or just bleugh. If you are experiencing a loop or a pattern in your life that you want or need to change. Coaching can help you get ‘unstuck’ and shift into a different way of thinking and being. While all around may be chaotic and turbulent, it is possible to find, and build on, a core of innate stability that will enable you to deal with current stresses, challenges and make healthy positive choices for your own development and well being, regardless of circumstances. Clear away blocks and move forward more easily in your chosen direction.
One to One Coaching
You can access one to one coaching with me to support your personal development, health and well being goals in person, or via Skype or telephone. The minimum number of sessions is 4, there is no maximum number. We can work on personal issues such as confidence, anxiety, stress, procrastination or other issues getting in the way of your progress. We can look at health, wellbeing, weight loss, addiction, or anything else you want to tackle.
For some women, the theme is more general, maybe you’ve lost your mojo, feel unclear about your path or are struggling to get clear on what you want and how to move towards it. Whatever your personal goals, one to one coaching offers dedicated and powerful support enabling you to connect with what’s important and move forward with increasing energy, confidence and positivity.

I run a series of women’s coaching and development programmes throughout the year. This is a safe, nurturing and empowering space to explore yourself, connect with your deepest needs and most important values and get in touch with what really matters to you in order to start to move towards it. One Off Intensives
Work with me one to one for a day, or half a day, and enjoy the uninterrupted intensive process of digging deep into what you want to work on, gaining insight into yourself , your potential and what is stopping you from attaining it. Map out your own plan and process for going forward and commit to actions which will lead you closer to what you need and want in life. This may be enough to propel you forward, or you may wish to access some follow up coaching afterwards which can be arranged if needed or wanted.
